How to Take Care of Your Skin During Summer
Summer is the perfect time for relaxing outside and participating in various outdoor activities. A suntan looks good and feels great, but too much exposure to the sun can damage your skin. Protect Your Lips From the Sun

To prevent this from happening, wear a lip balm with SPF 15 or higher to protect your lips from the harmful rays of the sun.
You should also avoid licking your lips, which can dry them out and cause them to crack or bleed. Instead, keep lip balm on hand to reapply throughout the day.
Stay Hydrated
Many people think more sweating means you need to drink less water. However, the opposite is true! You actually need to up your water intake in the summer. Your body needs to stay hydrated in order to cool down.
When you’re dehydrated, your body can’t cool down properly. You may feel like your skin is burning or tingly. Drinking plenty of water will reduce these symptoms.
Wear Sunglasses
The sun’s rays are most intense between 10 am and 4 pm. Try to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during this time. Wear sunglasses with UV protection when going outside.

A diet low in saturated fats and high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help improve your skin.
